Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and work to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution where applicable.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. BC STUN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
